Thomas Ungrodt, Chair, is President and CEO of Ideation, Inc., Ann Arbor, a leading producer of marketing solutions for independent gift retailers. He is also owner of three Michigan gift stores and is chair of the Northern Michigan University Foundation board of trustees. He is a former chair of the Retailers Fund board and rejoined the board in 2005, and he was elected to the MRA board in 2007.

Jean Sarasin

John K. Godfrey is CEO of Godfrey Jewelers, Battle Creek. Godfrey is mayor of Battle Creek and serves on the Battle Creek Unlimited Downtown Advisory Committee, the board of the Downtown Battle Creek Association and the Citizens Downtown Parking Advisory Committee. A former president of the Michigan Jewelers Association, he was first elected to the Retailers Fund board in 1985.

Larry Meyer

Meyer became CEO of MRA in 1972 and retired in 2007. He has received appointments from three Michigan governors, including Director of the Michigan Department of Commerce.
